Welcome to Nexeo IPTV. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Nexeo IPTV, operated by Technovakey LLC, provides digital streaming access. By subscribing, you agree to use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Account Usage & Restrictions

To maintain service stability, all accounts are subject to the following rules:

Single-Device Policy: A standard subscription allows access on one device at a time.
No Restreaming: Sharing your login credentials or attempting to restream our content to other platforms or websites is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension: Any violation of the above rules, including simultaneous multi-IP connections, will result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

3. Payment & Activation

We operate on a manual activation model to ensure order quality. You acknowledge that payment links are sent via email after our agents verify your request, and your subscription will be activated manually following confirmation of payment via Stripe or PayPal.

4. Service Stability & ISP

We provide stable servers with anti-freeze technology. However, we cannot control:

Internet Service Provider (ISP) traffic shaping or blocking.
Fluctuations in your personal home internet speed.
External server maintenance or broadcasting changes.

5. Account Termination

Technovakey LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Nexeo IPTV following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations applicable to Nexeoiptv LLC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
